Our current design features separate outer and inner lens, greatly enhancing customization possibilities. We currently offer four unique shell designs, with more styles in development. If you have specific ideas in mind, contact us for individual custom designs.
2. About manufacturing process and colors
Our primary manufacturing method is FDM 3D printing. There are no color limitations - any filament color available on the market can be used for production.
3. Why don't you offer resin (SLA/DLP) printing?
Due to our highly customized designs, this product is not open-source, so we avoid sending data externally. However, if you specifically prefer resin printing quality, we may consider purchasing resin printers to handle printing in-house.
4. How long does manufacturing and shipping take?
Since each keyboard is custom-made, manufacturing typically takes about 2 weeks. Shipping time varies by location, usually 1-2 weeks.
5. About import taxes and duties
International orders may require additional import taxes and duties determined by your country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the product price. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import policies before purchasing.

6. About wired or wireless options
The controller is hot-swappable, allowing you to connect and disconnect as needed. If you require wireless functionality, you can modify the firmware yourself - our controller board supports Pro Micro form factor.
7. Why isn't there a wireless version?
Due to our modular design approach, we use hot-swappable controllers and modular PCB strips that can be replaced individually rather than replacing the entire PCB. While this significantly reduces maintenance costs, it creates impedance issues that make wireless functionality challenging. Therefore, we currently don't offer wireless versions.

12. What firmware and customization options does the keyboard support?
Our keyboards support QMK/VIAL firmware with special custom optimizations. The keyboard scanning runs at a high frequency of 1000Hz, theoretically achieving a 1ms key response time, far superior to traditional QMK. This allows you to completely customize key mappings, macros, and layers, enabling you to optimize your keyboard layout according to your personal workflow.
13. How do I clean and maintain the keyboard?
We recommend regularly using compressed air to remove dust and a slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the case. Avoid using alcohol or strong cleaning agents that might damage the surface. Keycaps can be removed and cleaned separately.
